We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it. However, please note the following conditions.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated fees.

Item Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue a refund excluding return shipping costs and any additional fees.

Size Exchanges: If you selected the wrong size, you may order the correct size at a wholesale price. The original item may be kept.
When Do We Cover Costs?
We will cover return shipping costs only in the following cases:

The item arrives damaged or defective (please provide photos for verification).
Please note that minor imperfections such as loose threads, slight color variation, or factory scent are not considered defects. These characteristics may occur due to the nature of new production and do not affect the wearability or function of the item. -
The wrong item was sent.

The package was lost during transit before delivery.
Return Shipping & Tracking

Where to Return: All returns must be sent back to our supplier’s factory, which may be located in China, Italy, or Spain.

Track & Trace Recommended: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments. If a return is lost in transit without tracking, we cannot process a refund.

Proper Packaging: Items must be securely packed to prevent damage. If an item arrives damaged due to poor packaging, it may not qualify for a full refund.
How to Return an Item

Request Approval: Before returning an item, you must contact us via email (info@chloe-amour.com) with your order number and reason for return. Returns that have not been pre-approved may not be processed.

Prepare the Return: Securely pack your item to avoid any damage in transit.

Ship the Item: Send the return using a courier of your choice, ensuring that you obtain a track & trace number.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process the refund within five business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes

Personalized Items: Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Jewelry Returns: For hygiene reasons, jewelry cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.

Unapproved Returns: Any returns sent without prior approval may be rejected or delayed.

Minor Imperfections:
We do not issue refunds for minor cosmetic imperfections, including but not limited to: loose threads, slight inconsistencies in stitching, factory scent, or minimal color variation. These characteristics are normal with newly manufactured items and often resolve after airing out or washing. They do not affect the functionality or wearability of the item.
In such cases, we may offer a replacement at our discretion, but refunds will not be granted.
