To offer competitive prices and reduce our environmental impact, we work with trusted suppliers who manufacture for some of the world’s leading fashion brands. By shipping directly from these suppliers, we streamline our fulfillment process and minimize unnecessary steps in the supply chain.
Processing & Shipping Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe is as follows:
- Australia: 8–18 business days
- United Kingdom (UK): 4–11 business days
- European Union (EU): 2–5 business days
Please Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local postal service delays. During peak periods, such as the holiday season, processing and shipping times may take longer. In such cases, we will send you an email to notify you of the extended processing time.

To ensure efficiency and sustainability, we ship most orders directly from our suppliers’ warehouses, which are located in China, Italy, and Spain.

What is V.I.P. Priority?
V.I.P. Priority is an optional service that gives your order priority processing. This means your order will be processed before others for quicker handling. It does not affect delivery times but ensures faster processing, helping your order move more efficiently through the system.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched and you receive a tracking number, the responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier. However, if your package does not arrive or is damaged during transit, we are responsible for resolving the issue and will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or offer a solution.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is accurate and complete. Errors in the address may result in delivery delays or your package being returned to us.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. A 5% processing fee will be applied to all order cancellations.
Exceptions:
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.
