Shipping Policy

At Chloe-Amour, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as efficiently as possible. We carefully select our partners and fulfillment methods to offer you great value, quality, and a smooth experience.


Processing & Shipping Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe is as follows:

  • Australia: 6–10 business days

  • United Kingdom (UK): 8–11 business days

  • European Union (EU): 8–12 business days

Please Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local postal service delays. During peak periods, such as the holiday season, processing and shipping times may take longer. In such cases, we will notify you via email.


Australia Post | Priority Handling + Track & Trace

This optional service gives your order priority processing, meaning it will be handled before standard orders for quicker preparation. This does not shorten delivery times but ensures faster order confirmation and dispatch. Track & Trace means you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey online from our warehouse to your delivery address.


Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched and you receive a tracking number, the responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier. However, if your package does not arrive or is damaged during transit, we are here to help and will assist in resolving the issue.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Any mistakes can result in delivery delays or the parcel being returned.


Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. A 5% processing fee will be applied to all order cancellations.

Exceptions:

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.
